Inigo Manglano Ovalle is a Spanish video an installation artist. He was born in Madrid, Spain in 1961, he earned a BA in art and art history and a BA in Latin American and Spanish literature. His sculptures are very sophisticated ans use natural forms such as icebergs and DNA as metaphors for a much deeper meaning dealing with social issues such as immigration, and gun violence. His digital videoing of things like radio signals and weather patterns leads to the in investigation of human interacting and interfering with the natural world. He is very attentive to the intricate nature of ecosystems.
