Mark Bradford is an American installation Artist born in 1961 in Los Angeles. He is well known for taking materials off the street and transforming it into huge wall sized murals, in response to impromptu networks. Using his personal background and from other inner city influences he portrays it in his work. His collages refers to things like the organization of streets, and buildings in the downtown area, or to groups of people, like civil rights movements of the 60's.
